Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at customer@bellerosenails.com and we would provide you with the Return Authorization and Return Instructions. Please do NOT send your return to the address on the package; that's not our return address and would affect the return process. 

 

Return Conditions

We only accept returns for orders that are shipped and sold by bellerosenails.com.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

We only accept returns with proper return authorization and packages sent back without proper return authorization would not be accepted.

Please include all order items you wish to return in your return package, including all free gifts and free items added to your order from a discount and/or promotion. 

Only priced items may be refunded. Free gifts and free items added to your order from a discount and/or promotion cannot be refunded.

We have a 14-day return policy and return requests made after 14 days of the order delivery date would not be accepted.

 

 ** Please note that all orders showing delivered status by the courier will be ineligible for a refund. **

 

Cancel Order

A cancellation request if possible if your order hasn't been processed for shipment. Please contact us at customer@bellerosenails.com if you would like to request a cancellation. 

If the order has already been processed for shipment, unfortunately, the order would not be able to get canceled at that point. You will need to return it to us in its original packaging (unused and unsealed) in order to receive a refund.

 

Shipping 

If you made a mistake when filling out the shipping address and the order was shipped out to the address as entered, no refund would be granted when the order failed to deliver in this situation.

If the parcel is returned to sender for a reason for which you are liable (unclaimed parcel, incorrect/incomplete address...), you will have to pay new shipping costs before the parcel is reshipped. 

We do not offer Freight To Collect service or shipping labels for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and would not be responsible for lost item(s). 

 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
