Some customers might be following our social media accounts; even though we try our best to monitor comments and messages on our social media accounts, it's NOT the best way to contact us on our social media accounts. We receive a large volume of comments/inquiries on our social media accounts and we don't want to miss your messages and delay our assistance to you.

We prepare complimentary nail tools for all press-on nails purchases and gifts for all orders. 😘

P.S. Only press-on nails purchases comes with complimentary nail tools. If you purchase other products with us, for examples hair accessories, we won't prepare nail tools for you, since you won't need them either 😉. 

We prepare and pack all orders the same way, with or without the packing video. We don't treat orders in the packing videos any differently from the rest of the orders. 

If you'd like a packing video for your order, please kindly leave us a note while you place your order. There is a note section on the cart page, called "Order Special Instructions" and you could leave the notes there. 

We'll pay attention to all order notes, but we can NOT guarantee packing video for your order. As you all could understand, taking packing video and editing the video takes lots of time and currently we are only able to take packing video for a maximum of 1 order per day.

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards, PayPal, GooglePay, and ShopPay.

Yes, absolutely. We send out the order confirmation email when you place the order and shipment confirmation email with tracking number when the order is fulfilled. 

Please kindly check your email (the same email you used for checkout) and sometimes, they might be in the spam folder. 😉

4. Shipping

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on orders over $30USD (including $30USD). 

 

For orders less than $30USD, please kindly see our shipping rates below:

For Orders Below 6.99USD (including 6.99USD): 9.5USD

For Orders 7~29.99USD: 6.5USD

Please kindly note that the estimated shipping time is provided by the shipping carrier and for general reference purposes only and we can't guarantee on shipping time. 

 

If you need International Express Shipping Service (5~7 Days International Express), please email us at customer@bellerosenails.com. We would provide shipping quote for your order for the express shipping service and arrange for you accordingly, if that's of interest to you. If you need the express shipping servide, please contact us before you place the order!

 

If you have any questions or need assistance with your order/package, please don't hesitate to contact us and we are always here to help. 🥰

(This is a hypothetical question and we don't have any lost packages thus far.)

We will issue a full refund for your order if your package is lost in transit. 

Almost none of our competitors offer refund for lost packages, but we're confident about our international shipping service and at the same time want you to have a peace of mind while shopping with us. 

So if your package is indeed lost by the shipping carrier, we will issue a full refund for you. 

To get a full refund for the lost package, we would require a formal written lost package confirmation from the shipping carrier. 

 

How to get the lost package confirmation from the shipping carrier?

  • You could contact the shipping carrier directly and have them issue a confirmation for lost package; Or
  • You could contact us and we can help follow up with the shipping carrier and confirm with them that the package is lost by the shipping carrier 

 

Exceptions:

  • We won't be able to issue a refund for packages marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier
  • We won't be able to issue a refund for packages undeliverable due to wrong shipping address or address with mistakes provided by the customer
  • If the parcel is returned to sender for a reason for which you are liable (unclaimed parcel, incorrect/incomplete address...), you will have to pay new shipping costs before the parcel is reshipped and if the original order qualified for free shipping, the re-shipped order will NOT qualify for the free shipping and there will be a shipping fee for re-shipment in this case

 

Yes! All orders will come with a tracking number and you could track the shipping progress for your order.
